| 摘 要： | 对涡轮壳的垂直分型覆膜砂铸造的工艺进行了分析。分析了对原材料的选择，分析了涂料、覆膜砂对铸件质量的影响。着重分析了过滤片对改善涡轮壳砂渣眼的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The casting process with vertically parting and shell sand for turbo housing has been studied. The raw materials for the process were investigated. The function of coating and resin coated sand to the casting quality has been investigated. The sand inclusion can be improved by using filter. |
