摘    要:针对某热轧带钢厂1780生产线,研究了三种不同卷取温度下低碳钢的相变行为,包括铁素体体积分数沿带钢长度方向的分布,组织中组成相的体积分数随时间的变化,并将计算结果与生产试验进行了比较.研究表明,卷取温度高,组织中铁素体的含量多.卷取温度过低,带钢的室温组织中出现魏氏组织,恶化带钢的性能.

Abstract:Based on the 1780 production line in a hot strip mill plant,the phase transformation of low carbon steel is studied under three kinds of coiling temperatures,which includes the distribution of ferrite volume fraction along the longitudinal direction of strip and the evolution of the phase fraction transformed with time.The calculated volume fraction of phase is compared with experimental one from hot strip mill.It is found that the higher coiling temperature,the more volume fraction of ferrite.When the coiling temperature is low enough,for the present strip steel there exits Widmanstatten structure which deteriorate the properties of steel.
