摘    要:石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中有几种换热器,热管烟气换热器具有传热效率高、流体阻力损失小、烟 气不泄漏、脱硫率高、没有附加动力消耗、运行及维护费用低等优点,该换热器更适合石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系 统。热管烟气换热器设计、制造时,应注意热管烟气换热器低于酸露点温度区的酸腐蚀;合理控制热管壁温;选择合适 的烟气流速;合理布置管排;采用合适的清灰方式和注意换热器中孔板的密封。

Abstract:There are several kinds of heat exchangers for the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization system, while the hot-tube gas exchanger is of high heat transfer efficiency, small loss of fluid resistance, no flue gas leakage, high desulfurizing efficiency, no additional power consumption, low operation and maintenance cost, etc.. This kind of heat exchanger is specially suitable to the wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization system. In the process of its design and manufacture attention should be paid on the acid corrosion of the exchanger below the temperature zone of acid dew point, rational control on the temperature of hot tube wall, proper selection of the flue gas flow rate, proper arrangement of tube rows, suitable adoption of dust removal mode and seal of orifice plate in the exchanger.
