摘 要: | 分析了西门子S7-300连续PID控制块FB41结合变频调速在电解液净化过滤系统中做PID流量调节的应用,介绍了PID参数的整定等细节。实践证明,采用PLC结合变频调速进行流量控制效果快速、稳定、准确,故障率低,满足系统要求。

Abstract: | The paper analyzes application of PID flow control of Siemens S7-300 continuous PID control block FB41 in electrolyte purification and filtration system by using frequency speed control, and introduces setting of PID parameters and so on. It proves in practice that flow control has the properties of rapid effect, stability, accuracy and low fault rate by using PLC with frequency speed control. |
