弹翼安装座螺栓连接结构分析

摘    要:对弹翼安装座的螺栓连接结构进行了分析研究。推导出了安装座与弹身连接螺栓的应力校核公式;采用ANSYS软件,对翼面与安装座的不同连接结构进行了计算和对比,探求出翼面与安装座的最优连接方式和影响安装座及翼面应力的因素。采用无间隙螺栓连接时结构应力较小,增加螺栓数量、插耳厚度或插耳高度有助于减小结构的应力水平。

Abstract:The bolted structure of missile wing is analyzed. The stress formula for bolted structure of mis- sile wings is put forward. Using the ANSYS, different bolted structure is calculated and compared, opti- mal connection modes and factors affecting the stress of bolted structure are analyzed. The stress of gap- less bolted structure is smaller. Increasing the number of bolts, the thickness or height of inserting struc- ture helps to reduce the stress level of bolted structural.
