摘    要:本文研究了以液—液萃取法从离子吸附型稀土矿的(NH_4)_2SO_4浸出液中提取稀土的工艺条件,试验结果表明,对含RE_2O_33g/l的稀土浸出液,以P_(204)(二2-乙基已基磷酸)为萃取剂,以5N盐酸为反萃液最终的富集液可达到130g/l左右,此液经过浓缩蒸发可得到固体氯化稀土结晶。

Abstract:The experimental results for liquid-liquid extraction show that the content of RE2O3 in last enriched solution can reach 130g/l or so. This solution is evaporated to produce the solid crystal of mischmctal chloride. The experimental conditions are as follows: extractant is D2EHPA (70%), there is 3g/1 of RE2O3 in leaching solution, and the counter solution is 5N HCI.
