基于压力分布模式的液压阀空化噪声评价

摘    要:比较Oshima和Ichikawa由液压锥阀实验所得空化噪声变化和阀座上的压力分布曲线,提出基于压力分布模式评价液压锥阀空化噪声的方法。对实验所用液压锥阀进行CFD解析,得到阀座上的压力分布曲线,与实验所得噪声曲线相比较,找到评价节流口噪声的3种压力分布模式。对带V形节流口的液压滑阀流入和流出两种流动状态进行CFD解析,验证了压力分布模式评价方法在滑阀空化噪声评价中的可行性。

Abstract:We compare the curves of the distribution of pressure on the base of a hydraulic poppet valve that are obtained from the experiments by Oshima and Ichikawa in Ref.3 and propose a method for appraising its cavitational noise based on pressure distribution pattern.We obtain our own curves of pressure distribution on the valve base through analyzing the CFD of the hydraulic poppet valve,compare them with the curves of noise obtained from our experiments and discover three pressure distribution patterns for appraising the cavitation noise at the groove of the poppet valve.The two conditions of flow in and flow out of the hydraulic slide valve at the V-shaped groove is analyzed by using CFD,and the feasibility of the appraisement method is verified.
