| 摘 要： | 目的综合分析长期农药接触对女性生殖系统的影响。方法检索并筛检近年来发表的关于长期农药接触对女性生殖系统影响的研究文献，将结果录入RevMan4．2进行Meta分析，应用固定效用模型和随机效应模型进行OR值合并。结果共有8篇文献符合纳入标准，长期农药接触与女性月经异常、自然流产和早产有相关性，合并OR值分别为4．36、2．43和2．20。结论长期农药接触可影响女性生殖功能，使女性的月经和各种生殖结局产生异常。
