| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的应用以及与肺通气功能之间的关系。方法采用COPD评估测试表(中文版)对50例和40例COPD急性加重期及稳定期患者进行评估,明确两者的差异性,同时对50例急性加重期患者进行肺功能检测,明确其评分与FEV1之间的相关性。结果 50例急性加重期患者CAT评分29.24±5.79,显著高于40例稳定期患者评分20.52±4.34,D组患者CAT评分高于B组,FEV1实测值/预计值%低于B组。50例急性加重期患者CAT评分与FEV1实测值/预计值%呈负相关。结论 COPD评估测试对于COPD急性加重期患者的病情评估具有一定价值,临床应用方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of COPD assessment test （CAT） in AECOPD patients and its relationship with the lung function test.Methods 50 AECOPD patients and 40 COPD patients at stable stage were given CAT to analyze their difference.At the same time,the AECOPD patients were given pulmonary function test.Results The CAT score was 29.24 ± 5.79 in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group （20.52 ± 4.34）.Positive correlation was proved between FEV1 pred％ and CAT score.Conclusion CAT has certain value for the illness evaluation of COPD. |
