| Abstract: | This computer simulation software for deep-drawing experiment is based on the mathematical model established by the author. The software comprehensively reflects the various factors to exert an influence on the deep-drawing property. It possesses enough precision to calculate the limit drawing ratioes of cup with and without flange under plant conditions for the engineers who are engaged in design of stamping die. Besides, it may be used as teaching tool of stamping process course, the students may study the rules of deep-drawing property by means of this softhware. |
