摘    要:目的 :分析酶法测定肌酐的可靠性。方法 :通过对酶法和碱性苦味酸法测定肌酐的方法学比较 ,得出回归方程、相关系数。结果 :酶法具有线性范围宽 ,重复性好和抗干扰能力强的特性。结论 :酶法是当前实验室测定肌酐的可靠方法 ,对临床诊疗提供有力依据

Abstract:Purpose To analyze the reliability of enzymatic method to creatinine detecting. Methods To get the regressive equation and correlative coefficient, we compared the enzymatic method and the basic picric acid method methodologically on the detecting of creatinine. Results The enzymatic method is wider linearity better repeatability with the capacity of anti-jamming. Conclusion The enzymatic method is a reliable method to detect creatinine today, can provide strong foundation for clinic.
