摘    要:对20CrMo钢超高强度抽油杆的制造工艺进行了试验研究,从中优选出两种工艺方案。按优选工艺生产的超高强度抽油杆的疲劳中值寿命是D级杆的3.49~17.46倍。研究证明,采用我国现有D级抽油杆用钢,选择合理加工工艺,特别是热处理工艺,可以生产超高强度抽油杆。

Screen tests for obtaining superhighstrength sucker rods.
Abstract:An experimental investigation into the technological processes for 20CrMo superhigh- strength sucker rods is conducted, and two optimum processes are determined. The median fatigue life of the rods produced through the optimum processes is 3.49-17.46 times the life of Grade D sucker rods. The investigation shows that superhigh-strength sucker rods can be produced with Grade D rod steel. provided that the optimum engineering, especially the heattreatment technique, is selected and carried out.
