A Grey Study on Evaluation of Comprehensive Performance of the Integrated Individual Soldier Combat System

The integrated individual soldier combat system(IISCS) is a brand new weapon system.The research on its evaluation techniques is of great significance.The article discusses the concept of weapon system comprehensive performance and the evaluation steps,evaluation method,and concludes that grey method applies better to the comprehensive performance evaluation of the IISCS.According to the grey characteristics in the system assessment factors,it provides the quantifying method of the index factors,and establishes the comprehensive performance evaluation model based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and grey relational grade.Finally,it proves the effectiveness of the method by using the example of data in three types of systems.
