一种运动模糊车辆牌照识别方法的研究

车辆快速运动情况下对其所拍摄的车牌图像通常比较模糊，在对其进行识别时效果不理想。针对此问题，提出一种基于Z变换的模糊车牌信息识别的新方法。该方法通过建立基于Z变换的图像退化模型和恢复模型，先对运动模糊图像进行复原处理，再对处理后的图像进行车牌信息识别。实验结果表明，该方法对模糊车牌信息识别的效果良好，具有一定的实用性。

A Recognition Method of Blurred License Plate Image

The captured license plate image is always blurred due to the vehicles’ rapid movement. The effects are not satisfied when identifing. This paper presents a new method to identify the blurred license plate based on z-transformation. By establishing image degradation and recovery models based on z-transformation, it firstly restores the blurred image, and then identifies the license plate on the processed image. The experiment results show that the new method goes well and has some practicality.
