| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髓母细胞瘤的MRI特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例经手术和病理证实髓母细胞瘤患者的MRI检查资料。结果肿瘤均位于幕下小脑,影像表现为边界清楚的软组织肿块;病变T1WI呈等或稍低信号,T2WI呈等或稍高信号,占位效应明显而水肿轻;增强扫描肿瘤较均匀,显著强化。结论髓母细胞瘤的影像表现具有一定的特征性,MRI检查有利于定位及定性诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion of medulloblastoma of MRI features and diagnostic value. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 cases confirmed by operation and pathology were medulloblastoma MRI examination data.Results All 12 cases of tumors were located in the infratentorial cerebellum,imaging clear boundary of soft tissue masses;intracranial lesions were equal or slightly low signal on T1 WI,T2WI were equal or slightly high signal,space-occupying effect is obvious and visible light tumor edema; enhancement scanning in solid tumors were significantly enhanced. Conclusion Medulloblastoma of imaging has certain characteristics,MRI facilitates positioning and qualitative diagnosis. |
