压力容器的结构优化设计及其具体实现

摘    要:基于有限元分析程序和iSIGHT软件平台,对一薄壁压力容器进行了结构优化设计,介绍了具体的程序集成方法和自动寻优过程,得到了优化的确定性设计方案。考虑设计变量的随机性质,考察了确定性设计方案的可靠性。为了提高设计方案的可靠性,进行了一系列的6σ稳健设计,探讨了设计方案的最优性与稳健性之间的辨证关系。

Abstract:This paper presented optimization design of a thin-walled vessel by iSIGHT software and Finite Element(Analysis)(FEA) programs.The integrated method of iSIGHT with other programs and the automatic optimizing process were illustrated.The process obtained the optimal deterministic alternatives.It analyzed the reliability of the optimal(deterministic) alternatives by taking into account the stochastic property of the design variables.A consequent Six Sigma(Robust) Design was performed in order to improve the reliability,and finally the dialectic relationship between optimization and(robustness) was discussed.
