超声刀在腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术患者中的应用与护理配合

目的:探讨超声刀在腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术患者中的应用与护理配合方法.方法:将136例腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术患者随机分为观察组67例和对照组69例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予术前物品准备、手术设备检测、人工气腹建立等护理配合.比较两组患者手术时间、术中平均出血量、平均住院时间及术后护理相关并发症发生情况.结果:观察组手术时间、术中平均出血量、平均住院时间及术后护理相关并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:超声刀与手术护理配合能有效提高手术效率,缩短手术时间,减少术中平均出血量,降低术后护理相关并发症的发生率.

Application of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression and nursing coordination

Objective:To explore the application of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression and methods of nursing coordination.Methods:136 patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=67) and a control group(n=69).The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group and comprehensive preoperative nursing coordination like preparation of articles,operation equipment detection and set up of artificial pneumoperitoneum was carried out in the observation group based on the routine nursing care.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,average hospitalization time and the incidence of postoperative nursing-related complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,average hospitalization time and the incidence of postoperative nursing-related complications were significantly shorter and lower in the observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and decompression combined with nursing coordination can effectively improve operation efficiency,shorten operation time,reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume and decrease the incidence of postoperative nursing-related complications.
