内燃机车柴油机检测诊断技术研究与运用

摘    要:通过监测系统在线采集柴油机瞬时转速数据并进行频谱图形分析,实时监测柴油机工作状况,对影响柴油机做功不良的故障进行判断分析,并定位故障缸。实际应用表明,该系统能够在柴油机状态恶化初期及时发现故障,避免了柴油机故障扩大化。可对柴油机实际检修工作起指导作用。

Abstract:The transient rotational speed of diesel engine was collected on-line by detection system, and then the data were analyzed by spectrum graphics. The diesel engine' s working condition was real - time detected, and the faults which led to bad power output were judged and analyzed. Moreover, the cylinder which had faults was confirmed. Actual application show that this system could diagnose the faults at the very beginning and therefore can avoid them becoming even worse. This technology offers references for diesel engine detection and maintenance.
