镀钨合金防腐油井管试验研究及应用

摘    要:油井管服役条件日趋恶化,这就要求油井管具有优异的抗H2S、CO2、Cl-腐蚀性能。通过对油井管腐蚀机理和特征的研究,指出在开发高难度的油气田时使用防腐油井管的必要性,并对镀钨合金防腐油井管工艺技术及应用情况进行了介绍。镀钨合金防腐油井管耐H2S、CO2、C1-腐蚀性能好,具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:Oil well pipe service condition worsens day by day,which requires the well pipe with excellent resistance to H2S,CO2,Cl-corrosion performance.Through to the oil well pipe corrosion mechanism and characteristics of the study,it is pointed out that the development of oil and gas field with high difficulty anticorrosion oil tube of necessity,and the tungsten alloy plating anticorrosion oil tube technology and its application are introduced in details,the tungsten plated alloy oil well pipe with resistance to H2S,CO2,C1-has good corrosion resistance and it has broad market prospects.
