除草剂二甲戊乐灵降解真菌Qsun-6的分离及其特性

摘    要:从土壤中分离出并鉴定了二甲戊乐灵降解真菌菌株Qsun-6,研究了不同培养条件对二甲戊乐灵降解和真菌生长的影响。结果表明,所分离的6株真菌中有5株在5d内对100mg/L二甲戊乐灵的降解率在50%以上,其中Qsun-6菌株达到75.21%,经鉴定为塔宾曲霉(Aspergillus tubingensis)。在培养液中加入适量速效碳源有利于菌株生长和对二甲戊乐灵的降解;当二甲戊乐灵质量浓度低于100mg/L,菌株的生长量和对二甲戊乐灵的降解率较大;在pH 6和30℃的培养条件下,生长量和对二甲戊乐灵的降解率都达到最大。

Abstract:Fungus Qsun-6 was isolated from soil.It was found that 5 fungi could degrade more than50% pendimethalin in 5days.The strain Qsun-6 degrading 75% pendimethalin was identified as Aspergillustubingensis.The growth of strain Qsun-6 and the degradation rate to pendimethalin could be improved by adding sucrose.The higher degradation rate to pendimethalin could be gained at 30℃,pH 6.0,and 100mg/L of pendimethalin.
