输卵管介入再通术结合中药治疗不孕症的临床观察

目的:探讨输卵管介入再通术结合中药治疗不孕症的临床应用价值.方法:对325例子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)证实为一侧或双侧输卵管梗阻的不孕症患者实行输卵管介入再通术,术后再连续进行2～3个月的通液、中药内服、保留灌肠及敷贴治疗.连续随访6～12个月,对再通率及怀孕率进行统计.结果:插管成功率100%,再通率95.5%,怀孕率手术后半年36%,手术后一年怀孕患者达45%.结论:输卵管介入再通术结合中药治疗不孕症创伤小,再通率高,具有安全有效、并发症少等优点.

Clinical Observation of Interventional Fallopion Tube Recanalization Combined with Chinese Medicine to Treat Infertility with Tube Obstruction

Objective:To explore the effect of interventional Fallopian tube recanalization combined with Chinese traditional medicine in treating infertility with Fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:325 cases with tubal obstruction were treated by interventional tube recanalization.After the operation,they were treated with Chinese drugs taken orally or used for external application,enema and liquid put through the oviduct for 2~3 months.All cases were followed up in 6~12 months,and the successful rates of recanalization and pregnancy were observed.Results:The successful rate of operation was 100%,the rate of recanalization was 95.5%,and the rate of getting pregnancy was 36%~45% in 6~12 months.Conclusion:Interventional Fallopian tube recanalization for treatment of infertility due to tube obstruction combined with Chinese medicine is a safe and effective method with minimal invasion and few complications.
