摘    要:研究了稀土变质及热处理对低铬耐磨铸铁热疲劳裂纹形成的影响。结果表明:低铬耐磨铸铁热疲劳裂纹主要萌生于共晶碳化物处,裂纹以自身发展和彼此连接、汇合方式长大,稀土元素能改善共晶碳化物的形状。抑制热疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展,与热处理共同作用效果更明显。

Abstract:The effect of RE modification and heat treatment on formation of thermal fatigue crack in low chromium wear-resistant cast iron was investigated. The results show that the thermal fatigue cracks are mainly generated in eutectic carbides, and the cracks grow by themselves spreading and join each other. RE can improve the morphology of eutectic carbides, inhibit the generation and propagation of thermal fatigue cracks, and especially, the effect is more noticeable in case of the RE modification in combination with heat treatment.
