摘 要: | 采用电子束焊接方法研究了7715D高温钛合金的焊接性能。焊接结果表明:焊接接头成形良好,焊接接头抗拉强度达到983 MPa,断口部位位于热影响区;焊缝和靠近焊缝的热影响区的显微组织均为典型的网篮状,母材显微组织为块状初生α相和β转变组织构成的双态组织。

Abstract: | The electron beam welding(EBW) properties of 7715D high temperature titanium alloy was investigated in this paper.The results of experimental works showed that the welded joint is smooth and has a tensile strength of joint of 983 MPa.It was found,however that the fracture is located in the heat affecting zone(HAZ).The microstructure of the welded joint and HAZ is the typcial basket-waved grain.The base metal has a bi-model microstructure consisted by α and β phases. |
