摘    要:高压水射流钢坯除鳞技术是目前国内外应用最为普遍的一项除鳞技术。目前,国内在高压水射流除鳞系统设计上普遍采用试算方法。试算方法在实践中证明是一种比较实用的方法,但这种方法不能得出最佳参数值,即在满足钢坯除鳞效果的条件下,不能最大限度的达到节水节能的目的。以优化设计方法来进行除鳞环的设计,实现除鳞效果同时也达到了资源节约的目的。

Abstract:High-pressure water jet descaling system is now widely used in domestic and other countries.Currently,the most popular way to design a descaling system is trial calculation based on the engineer's experience.This method is proved to be effective.But with this method,designers can not get the best values of the parameters.In other words,water saving and energy saving is not well considered. This article takes the optimization design method into descaling ring designing by taking most consideration of both descaling effect and resource saving.
