影响汽轮机油抗乳化性能原因分析

摘    要:通过对L~TSA油品的调合过程进行分析,分别从基础油、添加剂和调合工艺过程三方面探寻制约汽轮机油抗乳化性能提高的原因,研究发现基础油的白土吸附深度、水分含量对基础油本身的破乳化性能影响显著,从而导致用其调制的汽轮机油抗乳化性出现相应变化;而添加剂中金属减活剂和防锈剂的加剂量对成品油的抗乳化性能有一定的影响。同时发现调合工艺过程中若系统受内燃机油污染、加剂不合理导致局部添加剂浓度过高也会导致调制汽轮机油的破乳化性能变差。

Abstract:Through the analysis on the production process of L-TSA oil, the factors of affecting the demulsibility of steam turbine oil are sought from the base oil, additive and blending process. The results show that the degree of clay-refining, water content have serious effects on the demulsibility of base oil, with the result that the demulsibility of steam turbine oil become bad; The dosage of metal deactivator and antirust additive has certain influences on the demulsibility of finished oil; At the same time, the study shows that the demulsibility of steam turbine oil will become bad also when the process of mechanical is polluted by engine oil, especially polluted by diesel engine oil, or when the concentration of partial additives is high due to the illegitimate approach of adding additives.
