| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了航海通告数字化生产系统的设计思想和功能结构,并详细阐述了实现该软件系统所必须解决的电子备考图设计、航海通告数据库构建和航海通告融合处理等关键技术问题.实际应用表明,该软件系统在很大程度上集成并优化了原有的松散、低效的手工生产环节,显著提高了航海通告的生产效率和产品质量. |

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the designing and constructing method of Notice to Mariners digital producing system,and the key technique of implementing the system,such as electronic nautical chart for reference designing,Notice to Mariners database constructing and Notice to Mariners integrating.The application showed that the system could integrate and optimize the former manual procedure,and improve the efficiency and quality evidently. |
