摘    要:目前工业上生产硝基苯所采用的硝化工艺主要有传统硝化、绝热硝化和氮氧化物气相硝化等,对于传统硝化工艺,不论采用何种结构形式的硝化器,用混酸作硝化剂制硝基苯时,产物中必然含有一些二硝和硝基酚,酚类副产物的存在是造成苯胺装置发生爆炸事故的主要原因,介绍硝化副产物产生的条件并如何抑制,确保安全操作并提高经济效益。

Abstract:The nitration technologies to be adopted on existing industrial nitrobenzene production are mainly conventional,adiabatic and nitrogen oxide gas-phase nitration processes,etc.With regard to the conventional nitrationtechnology,no matter what constructure is designed for nitrators,some dinitros and nitrophenol are inevitably emerged in product when nitration mixture is used as nitrating agent in nitrobenzene production.The main reason on aniline plant explosion is just because of the existence of phenolic by-products.The conditions on generation of nitro-byproducts and measures to inhibit by-prodcuts in order to ensure safe operation and increase economic benefits were introduced.
