摘    要:在改装的销盘摩擦磨损实验机上考察了电流对铬青铜/紫铜摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在载流条件下,电流是影响摩擦磨损性能的重要因素,摩擦系数、磨损率均随电流的增大而增大,随速度的增加而呈减小趋势:铬青铜/紫铜摩擦副以粘着磨损和电气磨损为主要磨损形式。

Abstract:Using refitted pin-on-disc friction and wear tester, the effect of current on tribological characteristics of QCr0.5/T2 rubbing pairs were examined. Results show that the electrical current is the important effect factor on tribological properties with electrical current, friction coefficient and wear rate increase with current intensity augment whereas decrease with velocity increase.The most wear form is adhesive wear and electric wear.
