| 摘 要： | 根据门式起重机运行状态安全监控需要,结合ZigBee无线通信技术,设计开发了一种应用于门式起重机的安全监控管理系统.该系统网络节点硬件以STC12C5A60S2为控制器、CC2530为射频收发器.阐述了网络的节点硬件和软件设计,并介绍了上位机监控系统.经实际调试验证,该监控系统具有信号采集与处理准确、控制输出实时、人机交互友好等特点,实现了门式起重机运行的安全监控.

| Abstract: | According to the need of the gantry crane operation state safety monitoring,a safety monitoring management system is designed and developed based on ZigBee wireless communication technology.The STC12C5A60S2 CPU is used as controller and CC2530 RF chip is used as RF transceiver in hardware of safety monitoring nodes.The hardware and software designs of network nodes are explained,and the PC monitoring system is introduced.Verified by the actual debugging,the monitoring system is provided with signal acquisition and processing accurately,real-time control output,man-machine interaction friendly.Ultimately,it successfully realizes the safety monitoring of gantry crane operation. |
