环氧基封端的聚氨酯改性明胶的研究

摘    要:研究了带有环氧基的聚氨酯对明胶进行改性的实验条件,探讨了不同配比环氧基封端的水性聚氨酯改性明胶膜的机械性能、接触角、透湿性能的影响.结果表明:当聚氨酯和明胶的质量比为5:5时,改性膜的机械性能最佳,即断裂伸长率可达317.18%,抗张强度为40.28N·mm^2,接触角为65.3°,透湿量可达309g·m^-2.24h^-1.使用红外光谱对环氧基封端的聚氨酯、明胶、聚氨酯改性明胶进行了结构表征.

Abstract:Studied the modified gela oxy group, discussed the effect of sile strength that different ratios o tin experimental conditions by a polyurethane with an ep the mechanical properties, the contact angles and the ten f the epoxy-terminated gelatin film. The results show that at the mass ratio of 5 modified film is the best; the elongation rate is 317.18% waterborne polyurethane modified : 5, the mechanical property of the ; the tensile strength is 40.28 N · mm2 ; the contact angle is 65.3 °;the water vapor permeability is 309 g · m 2 · 24 h 1. U sing infrared spectroscopy to characterize epoxy-terminated polyurethane, gelatin, polyure thane-modified gelatin.
