摘    要:船闸主体工程常由大体积混凝土构成,为寻求解决大体积混凝土由温度应力而产生的开裂问题,采用电子计算机模拟,利用ANSYS软件有限元数值模拟对船闸底板的温度场和温度应力进行分析,分析对比表明:水泥的品种、环境温度、混凝土分层厚度等均影响混凝土的温度.结合工程应用情况,提出了采用复合水泥的大体积混凝土工程如何控制混凝土内部高温和防止开裂的有效措施.

Abstract:The main structure of a ship lock is often made up of a large volume concrete body.In order to solve the problem of cracking caused by the temperature stress,the software ANSYS was used in the finite unit numerical simulation with computer to study the temperature field and the temperature stress in the bottom board of the ship lock.The results showed that the variety and the environmental temperature of cement,the thickness of the concrete layer,etc.,all influence the temperature of the concrete.On the basis of the experience at worksites,the author suggests a workable measure to control the high inner temperature and cracking in large volume concrete projects with the composite cement.
