摘    要:研究了电解锰渣-粉煤灰-石灰-水泥胶凝材料,掺入一定的骨料,经压制成型生产电解锰渣免烧砖,自然条件下洒水养护28d抗压强度在10MPa以上,并对影响强度的胶砂比和成型压力进行了分析。试验结果表明,配合料成型过程中的加压,为砖的强度的形成和发展奠定了基础,水泥、粉煤灰、石灰和电解锰渣等胶凝材料水化产生的胶凝物质使电解锰渣免烧砖的强度逐步增强;各原料的最佳配比总结为:电解锰渣50%、粉煤灰30%、生石灰10%、水泥10%,胶凝材料:砂=1.0∶0.9、水固比0.14、成型压力25MPa。

Abstract:The electrolytic manganese residue non-burnt brick is developed by using electrolytic manganese residue-fly ash-lime-cement system as the binding material,added with certain quantities of aggregates and moulded by press,which can yield 28-day compressive strength up to 10MPa by curing of sprinkling wate under natural conditions.The factors affecting the strength of product are analyzed,such as plastic sand ratio and molding pressure.The results show that the pressurized molding process of material is the fo...
