摘    要:以四川清平磷矿为原料,用酸热烧结法制备饲料级脱氟磷酸钙,研究了磷矿脱氟的主要影响因素。实验结果表明:磷酸配比、烧结温度以及烧结时间对脱氟反应有显著影响,而磷酸浓度对脱氟反应的影响不明显。实验得出的最佳工艺条件为:磷酸配比控制在27%~30%,烧结温度1180-1230℃,烧结时间120min,磷酸w(P2O5)45%左右。在此条件下可制得质量合格的饲料级脱氟磷酸钙产品。

Abstract:The main influence factors on de fluorination of phosphate rock in the production of feed-grade defluorinated calcium phosphate by acid-thermal sintering process are studied, with the Sichuan Qingping phosphate rock as the raw material. The results show that ratio of phosphoric acid, sintering temperature and time have significant effects, and phosphoric acid concentration no obvious effect on defluorination reaction. The optimum condition is that: the ratio of phosphate acid of 27%- 30%, sinteringtemperature of 1 180-1 230℃, sintering time of 120 min, phosphoric acid concentration w ( P2O5 ) of about 45%. Under this condition qualified feed-grade defluorinated calcium phosphate can be obtained.
