| 摘 要： | 在敏捷虚拟企业环境下 ,企业传统的管理模式显示出很大的局限性 ,需要进行重组。从企业的经营过程、技术、组织结构、文化和人因等多方面分析了企业管理模式重构的内涵 ,提出了一种基于活动链的企业过程缺陷分析方法 ,给出了进行过程结构优化的ESIA原则 ,开发了一套企业过程仿真系统对企业过程进行优化与评价 ,在此基础上 ,提出了一种敏捷虚拟组织的重构模型 ,为企业适应动态联盟的管理需要提供了必要的重构指导。

| Abstract: | In AVE(agile virtual enterprise), traditional management mode of enterprise shows much limitation and needs reengineering. The basic contents of reengineering of enterprise management mode in agile virtual enterprise is analyzed from the four aspects of business process, technology, organization structure, culture and human factor, with the introduction of the analytical method of enterprise process limitation based on activity chain, the ESIA principle of process structure optimization, and the enterprise process simulation & optimization system. And on this basis, a reengineering model of agile virtual organization is suggested to provide the necessary help for enterprises to meet requirement of AVE. |
