复数自适应进化规划及模糊规则基的自动提取

摘    要:提出一种新的二进制和复数混合编码的自适应进化规划方法.用两层染色体来表示模糊规则基,第一层染色体采用二进制编码,对模糊规则基的结构进行描述;第二层染色体采用复数编码,对模糊规则基的参数进行描述.利用自适应进化规划同时优化规则基的结构和参数.在无先验知识的情况下,对非线性系统语言模糊规则基和模糊PID控制器规则基进行自动提取实验,结果表明了方法的有效性.

Abstract:A new adaptive evolutionary programming,in which population is encoded by binary and complex-valued,is presented. Two layers chromosomes are arranged to express rule bases. In the first layer, binary gene is used to express the structure of fuzzy rule bases.In the second layer,complex-valued gene is used to determine the parameters of fuzzy rule bases.Adaptive evolutionary programming is used to optimize the structure and parameters simultaneously. The simulation experiments to tap fuzzy rule bases of nonlinear system and fuzzy PID controller automatically are done when prior experience knowledge is unknown. The results demonstrate that the given method is efficient.
