山西省长治市农村留守儿童情绪问题现状调查

摘    要:目的了解长治市农村留守儿童情绪问题现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用横断面抽样调查方法,进行对照研究。选取长治市3县区初一到初三的学生共983名进行问卷调查,分析农村留守儿童存在的情绪问题。结果当地农村留守儿童情绪问题明显,留守儿童焦虑、抑郁障碍的检出率分别为57.6%、33.0%,高于非留守儿童的检出率42.4%、26.5%,两者比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。方差分析结果显示,同辈监护及母亲外出时间长的留守儿童情绪问题较明显。结论农村留守儿童情绪问题严重,应引起社会各界的重视。留守儿童父母应避免双方长时间外出打工,外出期间应多与子女沟通,关注其心理健康。
