| 摘 要： | 在体育科学研究中,定性研究与定量研究是当今两大科学研究方法,这两种研究方法各有其方法论原则和特点.研究认为,对于体育这一复杂现象,任何一种单一的研究方法都无法从本质上对其进行全方位的解释和把握,多元的混合方法研究对改善体育研究这种二元对立、走向多元化的综合研究,实现体育研究方法论的根本性转换方面,有着切实的可行性,从而最大化地实现研究的目的,使体育研究呈现出更加绚丽的图景.

| Abstract: | In sports science research,qualitative research and the quantitative research are the two basic research methods at nowadays.There are many differences between the two methods,such as its based theory and research role.Of course each of them has its advantage and its disadvantage.Moreover,the sport is a complex social activity of mankind.Mixed methods research can put these two methods together to use and make advantage of each other. |
