婴幼儿全麻恢复期垫用爱心小枕效果观察及护理

目的探讨婴幼儿全麻术后麻醉恢复期垫用爱心小枕的效果,以减少婴幼儿全麻术后麻醉恢复期呼吸道并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。方法选择3岁以下全麻术后婴幼儿278例,按时间先后分为观察组和对照组,患儿术后回监护室后观察组使用爱心小枕垫肩颈部,对照组按常规护理,即予去枕平卧、头偏向一侧。观察两组婴幼儿呼吸道分泌物潴留、舌后坠、呕吐、误吸窒息等呼吸道并发症的发生情况。结果发生误吸窒息观察组3例（2.17%）、对照组13例（9.29%）;因舌后坠发生呼吸道阻塞窒息的观察组发生2例（1.45%）、对照组10例（7.14%）;因呼吸道分泌物聚积致呼吸道阻塞引起低氧血症的观察组发生3例（2.17%）、对照组15例（10.71%）。结论给全麻术后婴幼儿麻醉恢复期垫用爱心小枕能有效减少误吸窒息、舌后坠等呼吸道并发症的发生率,临床应用效果好,值得推广应用。
