| 摘 要： | 以环己烷作溶剂的万吨级ＳＢＳ生产装置的配套工程──环己烷精馏回收装置，采用均装有孔板波纹填料的脱水塔和脱重塔双塔流程，脱水塔规格为φ６００×１２９９ｍｍ，理论塔板数６块，填料高度３４ｍ；脱重塔规格为φｌ４００ｍｍ×１９８２０ｍｍ，理论塔板数２０块，填料高度１０ｍ，回流比０．６。经２００ｈ运转，生产稳定，工艺技术指标达到或超过计值，环己烷质量完全符合生产ＳＢＳ的要求。

| Abstract: | The cyclohexane rectification and recovery device was cooperated with the 10Kt SBS thermoplastic elastomers plant with cyclohexane as solvent.Two packing towers with orifice plate corrugated filler, the dehydration tower and the deheavy component tower, were adopted and their specifications were:the dehydration tower was 600mmx12999mm and its number of theoretical plate was 6,the deheavy component tower was 1400mmx19820mm and its number of theoretical plate was 20. After 2000 h running,the production was stable and the technical indexes reached the design specifications.The quality of recovered cyclohexane could meet the requirements of SBS production. |
