SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2-TiO_2固体酸催化剂的制备条件对苯与1-十二烯烷基化反应的影响

摘    要:利用沉淀-浸渍法制备了SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2固体酸催化剂(简称SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2催化剂),考察了SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2催化剂的制备条件对苯与1-十二烯烷基化反应的影响,并通过红外光谱、X射线衍射及BET比表面积测定对SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2催化剂结构进行了初步表征。实验结果表明,SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2催化剂具有良好的催化活性;适当的T iO2含量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和浸渍液硫酸溶液的浓度能提高SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2催化剂的中强酸中心含量,有利于提高直链十二烷基苯(LAB)和2-十二烷基苯(2-LAB)的选择性。优化的SO42-/ZrO2-T iO2催化剂制备条件为:n(Zr)∶n(T i)=1.50、焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间3.0h、硫酸溶液的浓度2.0m ol/L、室温陈化。在此条件下,1-十二烯的转化率达到99.5%,LAB及2-LAB选择性分别为92.2%和89.3%。

Abstract:SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2-TiO_2 solid acid catalyst for alkylation of benzene and 1-dodecene was prepared by precipitation and impregnation.Effects of preparation conditions on catalyst performance,namely(n(Zr)) ∶n(Ti),calcination temperature,calcination time,concentration of sulfuric acid solution used in impregnation and aging temperature,were studied.The catalyst was characterized by means of IR,XRD and specific surface area analysis.SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2-TiO_2 showed good catalytic performance for alkylation.Under optimized preparation conditions:n(Zr) ∶n(Ti)1.50,calcination temperature 500℃,calcination time 3.0h,concentration of sulphuric acid solution 2.0mol/L and aging at room temperature,conversion of 1-dodecene,selectivity to linear dodecylbenzene(LAB)and 2-dodecylbenzene(2-LAB)could reach 99.5%,92.2% and 89.3%,respectively.Amount of strong acid sites could be increased by adjusting of TiO_2 content,concentration of sulfuric acid solution,aging temperature,calcination temperature and calcination time,which was favorable to selectivities of LAB and 2-LAB.
