国外中小企业融资模式对我国小微企业的启示

近年来,我国小微企业发展迅速,成为促进社会经济发展的重要力量。政府先后出台了一系列扶持政策,但小微企业的融资问题仍然很突出。小微企业的融资渠道比较狭窄,融资成本较高,其成因主要是融资担保体系不健全、政策措施落实不到位和自身实力较弱等。通过对比国外中小企业融资模式,认为政府应进一步加大支持力度,为小微企业建立多元化的融资渠道,并进一步完善信用担保体系。

Enlightenment of Foreign Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Financing Modes on China＆#39;s Small and Micro-sized Businesses

In recent years , small and micro-sized enterprises with rapid development in our country have become an important force to promote the development of social economy .The government has brought out a series of supporting policies , but the problem of finan-cing for small and micro-sized enterprises is still outstanding , reflecting that their financing channel is narrow and the financing cost is higher, which is because of the unperfected financing guarantee system , unproper policy and measure implementation and poor self-strength.Through comparing financing models with foreign small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper considers that the govern-ment should further enlarge support , set up diversified financing channels for small and micro-sized enterprises and improve the credit guarantee system .
