| 摘 要： | 越来越多的证据表明,过多脂质在非脂肪组织沉积将通过"脂毒性"对器官造成损害。肾脏脂质过多沉积可能通过氧化应激、内质网应激、炎症应激等机制导致慢性肾脏疾病。该文简要概括肾脏脂质的正常生理功能、近期关于脂毒性与肾脏疾病之间联系的研究以及目前临床常用的治疗策略,以便进一步加强对脂代谢异常导致的肾损伤的理解。

| Abstract: | Increasing evidence indicates that excessive lipid accumulation in nonadipose tissues contributes to organ injury through lipotoxicity.Excessive lipid accumulation in the kidney may lead to kidney disorder through oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress and inflammatory stress.Here briefly summarizes the normal role of lipids in renal and the current evidence about the relation of excess lipids and lipotoxicity to renal disease,and strategies available to treat this disease,so that more about lipid-mediated renal injury can be understood. |
