摘    要:根据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,采用一米光栅发射光谱法测定区域地质调查样品锡元素的不确定度评定,分析了该方法在测试区域地质调查样品银的不确定度主要来源,确立了数学模型,并对各不确定度分量进行评定、计算合成不确定度、扩展不确定度。评定方法适用于评定测量区域地质调查样品中锡的不确定度,其方法简便,置信度范围内(95%)结果准确、可靠。该不确定度评定方法在实际工作中具有较强的实用价值。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Tin in Geochemical Samples by Emission Spectrometry
Abstract:According to the measurement uncertainty evaluation and representation theory, the uncertainty in determination of tin in geochemical samples by emission spectrometry was evaluated, main sources of the uncertainty were analyzed, the mathematical model was established, and different uncertainty components were evaluated, synthetic uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. The assessment method is suitable for measuring the uncertainty in determination of tin in the regional geological samples, the method is simple. In the confidence level range (95%), the results are accurate and reliable. The uncertainty evaluation method has strong practical value in the practical work.
