摘    要:以ZSM-5/KIT-1(ZK-1)介微孔复合分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法分别制备了金属担载量为8%Mo3%Co,16%Mo6%Co,20%Mo7%Co和24%Mo8%Co的加氢脱硫催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附脱附分析、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis)表征手段分析其结构;以3%(wt)的CS2/环己烷溶液为硫化液,500×10-6的二苯并噻吩/十氢萘溶液为原料液,在小型固定床反应器中评价催化剂的加氢脱硫反应活性。实验结果表明ZSM-5/KIT-1介微孔复合分子筛作为加氢脱硫催化剂载体具有优异的反应性能。当催化剂的担载量达到20%Mo7%Co时,表现出最佳的加氢脱硫反应活性,脱硫率为93%,高于相同反应条件下的商业用催化剂。

Hydrodesulfurazation Performance of Meso-microporous Molecular Sieve With Different Loading
Abstract:Micro-mesoporous ZSM-5-KIT-1 molecular sieves were used as carrier, Mo-Co hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts with loading of 8% Mo and 3% Co, 16% Mo and 6% Co, 20% Mo and 7% Co, 24% Mo and 8% Co respectively were prepared by impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 physisorption, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum. The hydrodesulfurazation performances of different catalysts were evaluated in a little fix-bed reactor using 0.03% CS2andcyclohexane solution as sulfide oil and 500×10-6 decalin and dibenzothiophene as raw materials. The reaction results showed that the activities of catalyst with the loading of 20% Mo and 7% Co was higher than others. It demonstrates that ZSM-5-KIT-1 is a suitable HDS catalyst, its desulfurazation rate is 93%, which is higher than the commercial catalysts under the same reaction condition.
