| 摘 要： | 目的:探明树舌多糖GF对H22瘤细胞CDK2基因表达的影响。方法:运用Elisa法测定H22瘤细胞中CDK2蛋白的表达量。结果:树舌多糖组中CDK2蛋白的表达量均显著低于荷瘤对照组(P0.01),树舌多糖组与环磷酰胺组无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:树舌多糖GF可通过降低CDK2蛋白的表达,抑制H22瘤细胞的增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect on CDK2 gene expression in H22 cells with Ganoderma Appanatum Polysacharides GF（GAPSGF）.Method： The expression level of CDK2 gene was determined by Elisa.Results： The average expression level of CDK2 gene GAPSGF group has much reduction compared with the control group（P0.01）,GAPSGF grourp is not different with CTX group（P0.05）.Conclusion： GAPSGF restrains multiplication of H22 cells by reducing CDK2 gene expression. |
