摘    要:样品经硝酸分解,控制一定的酸度,加入酒石酸-硫脲-抗坏血酸为掩蔽剂,硼氢化钾作还原剂。采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法直接测定铜阳极板0.0005%~0.10%中Sn的含量。该方法检出限为0.044μg/L,样品中Sn含量在0.00040%~0.0010%时,RSD(n=11)2.64%~9.22%之间,加标回收率为90.3%~102.6%,线性范围上限为80μg/L时,相关系数可达到0.9993以上。方法灵敏度高,操作流程简单,实验效果令人满意。

Abstract:After the sample was dissolved with nitric acid,The tin in copper anode sheet was determined between 0.0005% and 0.10% by controlling suitable acidity of medium and using potassium borohydride reducing agent and Tartaric acid-thiourea-ascorbic acid as relieving reagent.The detection limit of the method was 0.044ug/L.When the tin content of the sample is 0.00040%~0.0010%,relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) is 2.64%~9.22% and the recoveries of the method is 90.3%~102.6%.When Upper limit of the linear range is 80μg/L,correlation coefficient is 0.9993.The method was featured by high sensitivity,easy operation and it has been applied to the analysis of tin in the copper anode sheet with satisfactory results.
