摘    要:针对粤连电厂420t/h无烟煤锅炉在试运期间发生多次退油灭火现象,进行了大量的稳燃试验研究。主要通过采用降低一次风速、调整各层二次风的合理配比、提高热风温度等措施,成功地实现了退油稳燃。试验结果对无烟煤锅炉的设计及安全运行有着重大的指导意义。

Abstract:Lots of tests have been done about steady combustion in a 420 t/h anthracite fired boiler in Lianzhou Power Plant because of the phenomena of flame out during its commissioning period. By reducing the primary air velocity, adjusting the secondary air distribution, rising hot air temperature, etc., stable combustion has been achieved successfully. The test results can provide important guidance for boiler design and its safety operation.
