中西医临床护理路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的效果评价

目的：观察中西医临床护理路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的临床应用效果。方法：将120例患者随机分为路径组和对照组各60例，路径组采用中西医结合临床护理路径的健康教育方法；对照组采用传统健康教育方法。比较两组的知识掌握度、患者满意度、平均住院时间及住院费用。结果：路径组患者知识掌握度、满意度、均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；平均住院时间及住院费用路径组均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医临床护理路径在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用，能有效提高知识掌握度、患者满意度、减少平均住院时间及降低住院费用。

Clinical observation on nursing path of integrative medicine in health education for diabetic patients

Objective： To observe clinical effect of clinical nursing path of integrative medicine in health education for diabetic patients. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The path group （n=60） was applied health education which was introduced in clinical nursing path of integrative medicine. 60 cases in the control group were given traditional nursing methods of health education. Mastery level of health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, the average days of hospitalization, treatment cost of inpatient index was assessed. Results： Mastery level of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients in path group were higher （P〈0.05）; the average days of hospitalization, treatment cost of inpatient in path group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using clinical nursing path of integrative medicine in health education of diabetic patients, can effectively improve mastery level of health knowledge, reduce the average days of hospitalization and treatment cost of inpatient.
