摘    要:为确保水泵长期、连续、安全、可靠、稳定运行,在借鉴原水泵、立式水轮机导轴承及其密封装置设计经验的基础上,进行了优化设计。经泵站实际运行表明:江都四站改造后水泵导轴承及其密封装置结构合理、运行可靠,安装、运行管理、维修方便,达到预期目标,为类似大型立式水泵采用该型式导轴承和机械密封装置提供了设计参考。

Design of the Water Pump Oil Lubrication Bearing and Sealing Devices of the JiangDu Fourth Pump Station

Abstract:In order to ensure the water pump long-term continuous safe, reliable, stable operation, in reference to the original water pump, vertical turbine bearing and sealing device based on the experience of design, the optimization design have been made.. The actual operation shows that pump of jiangdu fourth pump station after reconstruction has advantages of reasonable structure for bearing and sealing device , reliable operation and convenient in installation , operation management, and maintenance . For similar large-scale vertcal pumps with this type of bearing and mechanical sealing device provides design reference.
