延期妊娠141例临床分析及对策

目的 :探讨延期妊娠对胎儿的危害及临床处理措施。方法 :回顾分析 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月 3年间我院收治的 14 1例延期妊娠的临床资料。结果 :延期妊娠使胎儿宫内窘迫、羊水过少、羊水粪染、脐带缠绕、手术产等发生率增高。结论 :延期妊娠时胎盘功能逐渐降低 ,胎儿高危程度逐渐增加 ,产前、产时严密监护 ,及时处理 ,可减少过期妊娠的发生 ,并确保母婴安全

Clinical Analysis of 141 Cases of Delayed Pregnancy

Objective: To study the potential risk to fetus and suitable treatment of the delayed pregnancy.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 141 cases of delayed pregnancy in our hospital from January,1998 to December,2000.Results: The incidence of fetal distress,oligohydramnios,amniotic fluid muddy,nuchal cord and caesarean section are relatively higher in delayed pregnancy than term pregnancy.Conclusions: More dangerous situations would occur to the fetus resulting from decreasing function of placenta in delayed pregnancy.The incidence of prolonged pregnancy will be decreased and mother with fetus will be safer as close monitor during antepartum and intrapartum period.
